Pre-Order Policy
If your order contains both pre-order products AND items currently in stock, we will withhold your order from dispatch until all pre-order items are in stock or until the official pre order date.
I you would like your in-stock items shipped straight away, please order separately.
Pre-orders that have different release dates will ALSO need to be ordered separately unless you are happy to wait for the final release date.
*Please be aware that this will incur an additional delivery charge which we will kindly ask you to pay before shipping out your order.*

Due to the high volume of non-genuine and bot-placed orders, all cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee helps cover the cost of staff time, payment processing, administration, and inventory management related to cancelled orders. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
